About Holy Goat Brewing

Holy Goat Brewing is a Dundee-based brewery specialising in mixed-fermentation and wood-aged beers.

The approach here is rooted in patience and Brettanomyces. Beers ferment for three to four months under a proprietary mixed culture, building the kind of layered acidity and complexity that takes time to achieve. Scottish fruit, local sourcing, and an instinct for collaboration all feed into the work. This box includes Black Blastie, an imperial stout brewed with the Gryphon in Bristol, featuring artwork by Montdoom and single-origin El Salvador coffee roasted by The Source Coffee Roasters in Edinburgh.

The range runs from hazy pales and tropical sours through to mixed-fermentation golden sours aged on Scottish stone fruit. Bottles are the primary format. Six beers, one clear point of view.
