Where we deliver
We deliver to most mainland UK addresses. Delivery is included in your subscription price for standard UK mainland locations.
We charge an additional delivery fee for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man due to increased logistics costs. We do not currently deliver to other UK islands, the Channel Islands, some Scottish Highlands postcodes, or the Republic of Ireland.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched weekly. We aim for next working day delivery once your box has been dispatched by our partner brewery, though delivery times to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands may vary.
During sign-up, we will provide an estimated first delivery date. Future boxes will be delivered monthly around the same date, with some variation for public holidays and between different partner breweries.
We do not currently offer the ability to change your ongoing delivery date.
If you are not home
Deliveries are signed for unless you have arranged a safe place or neighbour. If no one is available, our courier will attempt redelivery twice more or allow you to nominate an alternative arrangement.
If three delivery attempts are made and the parcel is returned to sender, a charge of £17.00 will be applied to your account to cover courier costs for return and redelivery.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct in your Brewser account. If an incorrect address causes a failed or late delivery, we cannot be held responsible and refunds may not apply. If you need to update your address, please do so before your order's lock date. Contact hello@brewser.beer as soon as possible if you have made an error.
Responsibility for goods
Products become your responsibility once our courier delivers them to the address you specified.
Delays outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including courier disruptions. We will contact you promptly if this happens and will take steps to minimise any impact.
