Brewser is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. - From our previous platforms. Prior to migrating to Shopify, Brewser operated via WooCommerce and WordPress, and used Mailchimp for email marketing. We continue to hold personal data collected through these platforms, including customer names, email addresses, order history, and marketing preferences. This data is subject to the same terms as data collected through our current Services.
How We Use Your Personal Information
Depending on how you interact with us or which of the Services you use, we may use personal information for the following purposes:

We use your personal information to provide you with the Services, including to process your payments, fulfil your orders, remember your preferences, send notifications related to your account, process purchases and returns, create and manage your account, arrange shipping, and create a customised shopping experience for you.

- With Recharge, our subscription management platform. Recharge processes your payment information and subscription data, including billing details, subscription status, and order history, in order to manage your recurring subscription and process monthly payments. Recharge may also send you transactional emails and SMS messages related to your subscription, such as billing notifications and renewal reminders. - With Klaviyo, our email marketing and SMS platform. Klaviyo receives information including your email address, phone number (where you have opted in to SMS), purchase history, and interactions with our emails and website, in order to personalise communications from us. Where you have opted in, we may use Klaviyo to send you promotional SMS messages. Transactional communications (such as order confirmations and subscription updates) may be sent regardless of marketing preferences. - With Google, for analytics and advertising purposes. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website; this involves Google receiving usage data including IP addresses and browsing behaviour. - With our partner breweries, who receive your name and delivery address in order to prepare and dispatch your monthly subscription box.

- With Trustpilot and other review platforms, who may also invite you to leave a review of your experience with us.
- With Chatty, our customer support and live chat platform. Chatty receives the contents of your support conversations and any order information provided through the chat widget, in order to enable us to respond to your enquiries. The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you.
