Subscription Cancellation Policy

When you can cancel

You can cancel your Brewser subscription at any time through your profile on the Brewser platform, once your first box has been delivered.

Lock dates

Each month has a lock date, visible in your Brewser profile. Once this date has passed, your order for that month is confirmed with our partner brewery and cannot be changed or cancelled. If you cancel after the lock date:

  • Your subscription will end from the following calendar month.
  • You will be charged for and receive the current month's box.
  • A refund may be issued at our discretion, withholding an administration fee of £10.

First orders

Your first order is locked immediately upon placement and cannot be refunded or changed. You cannot cancel your subscription until your first box has been delivered.

Skipping or delaying a delivery

If you need to skip a month or delay a delivery, you can do this through your Brewser profile before the lock date for that month. Skipping or delaying a delivery does not cancel your subscription and your subscription will continue as normal from the following month.

After cancellation

If products have already been dispatched or delivered at the time of cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund on those products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
