About Double-Barrelled

Double-Barrelled Brewery is an independent craft brewery in Reading, Berkshire, operating out of a 6,400 sq ft warehouse in Tilehurst and brewing across a wide range of styles, from hazy IPAs and keller lagers to barrel-aged stouts and zingy sours.

The brewery was born out of a wedding, when co-founders Mike and Luci Clayton-Jones brewed their first batch as a favour for guests in 2015. That spirit of doing things properly and sharing the results widely still runs through everything they make. Beers are small batch, packaged on-site, and built around quality ingredients from grain to glass.

This box leans into the sunshine side of the range. The Fragments series sits at its heart, two releases built around two-hop combinations, one hop shaping flavour on the hot side, the other driving aroma on the cold side. Hazy IPAs and Pale Ales dominate, with a Czech Pilsner, a Keller Lager, a collab with Siren, and a cherry vanilla sour rounding out ten beers worth sitting with.
