As each of our boxes differs month to month and are curated by the brewery – we cannot guarantee products do not contain certain allergens. If you have any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements and are unsure of any offerings on Brewser, please check the website of your chosen brewery or reach out to via customer support.
Brewser is a craft beer subscription like no other. Each month, you choose from our range of leading independent UK breweries and receive a specially curated box of their latest and greatest craft beer. Each box is curated by your brewery of choice and sent direct to your door – that not only means fresh beer, but also there are no unnecessary logistics, warehouses or packaging.
Our boxes start from £29 including delivery and VAT. Your recurring subscription cost each month will depend on whether you are a Showcase subscriber (£38)or a Discovery subscriber (£29), you can also order multiple boxes. Please note for deliveries to Northern Ireland and Highlands of Scotland we charge an additional £4 per box to cover additional shipping costs. You can order multiple boxes in a month (or all months!) from the same or multiple breweries, and you can also skip your subscription at any time.
All our Resident brewery boxes include 9 x 440ml cans and our Discovery boxes will always contain 8 x 440ml. The typical number of beers in each box is displayed in the product information and is different between breweries and boxes. In most cases we will list the exact beers in the box, although this may be subject to change due to availability. In the profiles you can also see example pictures of boxes from previous month as a guide.
You can order as many boxes as you like, with on-demand orders whenever you fancy - but please, drink responsibly! Breweries dispatch boxes once a week on a Wednesday. If you are going on holiday or just need a beer break, you can also pause your subscription and skip deliveries any time.

You will be billed weekly, bi-monthly or monthly - depending on which subscription you choose. Your subscription will renew on the same date you sign up (if choosing the monthly plan). The amount will depend on how many boxes you order in each month. If you choose to skip your subscription, you will not be charged for the month skipped.
Yes, you can edit your order up to your subscription renewal period which is where we communicate the orders to our partner breweries and they get cracking. You cannot edit your first order once it is placed.
What goes in an individual box is down to the brewery, and in most cases this will be a mix of beers, styles and ABVs. We would love to encourage you to try the full range from our partner breweries. However, if certain styles aren’t to your taste, you can refine your search by using the filters and select a box that suits your taste. That said, you might discover a newfound love for a style of beer you never knew you liked!

When you first subscribe, your estimated delivery date will be emailed. Your subscription will renew the same date every month (or week depending on when you set your renewal) and your beers will be dispatched on the following Wednesday. However you can order more frequently anytime throughout the month by logging into your account and selecting send now. We use next working day postage but please expect some delays around holiday periods and weekends and if delivering or collecting from Highlands of Scotland or Northern Ireland.
We partner with a range of couriers including DHL, Evri and Parcel Force.
Because our boxes contain perishable goods, we do not accept returns unless your order arrives damaged. In the unlikely event that your beers arrive damaged, please take some photographs and let us know as soon as possible via customer support. Once we have received and reviewed, we will be back in touch to discuss your case.

To keep things simple, we only dispatch beer once a week (Wednesday). If your package has not arrived by a few days after your estimated delivery date, please get in touch via the help and we will track it down.
For now, we ship to everywhere on mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We do not yet ship to the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man or outside the UK.
Yes, delivery is always included in the subscription price, with an additional charge added at checkout for subscribers located in the Highlands of Scotland or Northern Ireland.

You can skip your subscription by going into your Brewser profile, selecting 'vyour plan' and clicking ‘skip'. Please note that we aim to be as flexible as possible, but we are unable to skip once your subscription has been renewed as it will automatically be sent to the brewery ready to be packed and shipped. You are not able to skip your subscription until after your first box arrives, as this will interfere with your first order.
You can cancel your subscription by logginh into your Brewser profile, selecting 'manage subscription' and clicking ‘cancel subscription’. Please note that we aim to be as flexible as possible, but we are unable to cancel your order after payment has been taken as it will automatically be sent to the brewery ready to be packed and shipped. Please note that you are not able to cancel your subscription until after your first box arrives, as this will interfere with your first order. There will always be plenty of time between your first box arriving and your first renewal payment, during which you can cancel your subscription.
We take the following methods of digital payment: most major credit and debit card providers, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
If you go into your Brewser account, you can edit your details in 'address and payment details'. Please note if updating your address when a current order is processing, it may be delivered to your previous address. Please get in touch via customer support and we will see what we can do.
With our secure login a unique verification code is sent to your email each time.
We do offer various promotional codes and loyalty schemes. Please note codes will be issued via email and will be limited use only. You can only use one promotional code at any one time.
By referring a friend via email, by sharing a code or directly through Whatsapp and Twitter, both you and your friend can receive money off your first or next Brewser box(es).
For the referee, the code shared can be used at checkout for a discount. For the referrer, credit is automatically added to your account to come off your next box(es) once the referee has paid.
What’s great is that the credit accrues, so the more friends you refer the more credit you have for future boxes!
To access refer a friend, go to your account and find your unique url in the main menu.
If you cancel your subscription, any credit accrued will be lost. Please see our platform T&Cs for more information.

We adhere to GDPR and do not share your data with external companies without your permission. We do share data with our partner breweries such as your name, address and age so they can send you some great beer. More information is available in our terms and conditions.
