Every so often, we get the chance to showcase something truly special – and this is one of those moments. Cloudwater are without doubt one of the superstars of modern British brewing, but this time we’re diving deeper into their barrel store to bring you something different.

We’ve secured a limited allocation of their small-batch, barrel-aged wild sours, carefully crafted and patiently matured to develop layers of complexity. Expect vibrant fruit character, tart acidity, and the kind of depth that only comes from time, oak, and expert blending.

Inside you’ll find:

🍒 Incantation – a mixed-culture wild sour refermented on whole British cherries, with Tonka Bean and Vanilla. Deep stone fruit flavour, soft tannins, and bright acidity.

🍓 Time Being – a beautifully balanced wild sour with raspberries, blackberries, and blackcurrants, offering jammy fruit character, refreshing tartness, and subtle funk.

This is Cloudwater in a different light – elegant, complex, and seriously limited. A rare chance to explore the wilder side of one of the UK’s most iconic breweries.
