Allergies and Intolerances

Do you have an allergy or intolerance?

As each of our boxes differs month to month and are curated by the brewery – we cannot guarantee products do not contain certain allergens. If you have any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements and are unsure of any offerings on Brewser, please check the website of your chosen brewery or reach out to via customer support.

Brewser Subscription

What is Brewser?

Brewser is a craft beer subscription like no other. Each month, you choose from our range of leading independent UK breweries and receive a specially curated box of their latest and greatest craft beer. Each box is curated by your brewery of choice and sent direct to your door – that not only means fresh beer, but also there are no unnecessary logistics, warehouses or packaging. To top it off, we plant a tree for every box delivered through our partner, Eden Reforestation Projects.

How much does it cost?

Each box costs £38 including delivery and VAT which will be your recurring subscription cost each month unless you order multiple boxes. You can order multiple boxes in a month (or all months!) from the same or multiple breweries, and you can also pause your subscription at any time.

How many beers will I get in my box?

We make a point of not dictating what the breweries put in each box each month, allowing them to showcase their strong cores, their exciting specials and their freshest brews! We do, however, make sure it is always value for money. The typical number of beers in each box is displayed in the brewery profile (for that box) and is different between breweries and boxes. In the profiles you can also see example pictures of boxes from previous month as a guide.

How often do I get a delivery?

You’ll get a delivery once a month, but it is up to you how many boxes of beer arrive in that delivery. The delivery period will be set by when you first subscribe and may vary by a few days month to month. If you are going on holiday or just need a beer break, you can also pause your subscription and skip deliveries any time.

How many boxes can I order each month?

The sky is your limit. You can order as many boxes as you can drink. But please, drink responsibly!

When will I be billed?

You will be billed on a monthly basis, on the same day every month. Which day that is depends on when you first subscribe. The amount will depend on how many boxes you order in each month. If you choose to pause your subscription, you will not be charged for any months during the paused period.

Can I edit my orders?

Yes, you can edit your orders for future months up to the ‘lock-in’ period (usually a few weeks before dispatch) which is where we communicate the orders to our partner breweries and they get cracking. This ensures the breweries have enough time to ensure they are brewing the right amounts of the right beers to build your box. The Brewser platform will notify you of the lock-in periods for a given month.

How to choose only one style?

What goes in an individual box is down to the brewery, and in most cases this will be a mix of beers, styles and ABVs. Some breweries have more than one box available, that just contain certain styles. We would love to encourage you to try the full range from our partner breweries. However, if certain styles aren’t to your taste, you can refine your search by using the filters at the top right-hand side of the brewery page. That said, you might discover a newfound love for a style of beer you never knew you liked!

Delivery & Returns

When will I get my beer?

When you first subscribe, your estimated delivery date will be displayed. We use next working day postage but please expect some delays around holiday periods and weekends.

Which courier do you use?

We partner with DHL for all our deliveries.

What if my beers are damaged?

In the unlikely event that your beers arrive damaged, please take some photographs and let us know as soon as possible via customer support. Once we have received and reviewed, we will be back in touch to discuss your case.

Where is my beer?

To keep things simple, we currently offer only next day delivery, included in the price. If you’re package has not arrived by a few days after your estimated delivery date, please get in touch via customer support and we will track it down.

Where do you ship?

For now, we ship to everywhere on mainland UK except for the following postcodes: AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, IV1 to IV28, IV30 to IV32, IV36 to IV40, IV52 to IV54, IV63, KW1 to KW14, PA21 to PA38, PH4 to PH41, PH49 to PH50, HS, IV41 to 49, IV51, IV55, IV56, KA27, KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man & Channel Island & Northern Ireland.

We know when you want beer it shouldn’t matter where you are, so are working closely with our logistics provider to make these areas available as soon as possible.

Is delivery included?

Yes, delivery is always included in the subscription price.

Of course! We offer a range of gifting options, please see the bottom of our homepage for more information.

Managing your Subscription

How can I pause my subscription?

You can pause your subscription by going into your Brewser profile, selecting subscription options and clicking ‘pause subscription’, with both a 1- and 3-month option. Please note that we aim to be as flexible as possible, but we are unable to pause during the lock period for the ‘current’ month, where a month’s order is with the brewery and getting ready to go.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by going into your Brewser profile, selecting subscription options and clicking ‘cancel subscription’. Please note that we aim to be as flexible as possible, but we are unable to cancel during the lock period for the ‘current’ month, where a month’s order is with the brewery and getting ready to go.

What forms of payment do you take?

We take the following methods of digital payment: most major credit and debit card providers, Apple pay and Google pay.

How do I edit my details including my password?

If you go into your Brewser plan, you can edit your details including password. Please note if updating your address when a current months box is locked-in, it may be delivered to your previous address. Please get in touch at via customer support and we will see what we can do.

Where is my password?

On logging in to the Brewser platform you will automatically be sent a password to the email address provided. You can update your password by logging in to your Brewser account and heading to ‘my details’.

Promotional Codes

Do you offer promotional codes?

We do offer various promotional codes and loyalty schemes. Please note codes will be issued via email and will be limited use only. You can only use one promotional code at any one time.

Website and Content

How can I report an issue with the Brewser platform?

If you spot or have an issue with the Brewser platform, please let us know via customer support.

Can I use Brewser’s content?

Brewser’s platform content including but not limited to typeface, fonts, graphics and logos are trademarks or copyrights of Brewser ltd and cannot be used without permission. That said, we love our work and if you love it too, please get in touch to discuss.

Can I link to Brewser’s website?

Yes you can link to the Brewser website at www.brewser.beer so long as the content the link is included in meets our content policy; no abuse, no racism, sexism, no foul language all that bad stuff.

How do you use my private data?

We adhere to GDPR and do not share your data with external companies without your permission. We do share data with our partner breweries such as your name, address and age so they can send you some great beer. More information is available in our terms and conditions.
