About Yonder Brewing

Founded in 2018, Yonder is now one of the leading sour beer breweries in the UK. We make fun and flavour-filled sour beers, often brewed with massive amounts of fruit. Aside from sour beers, our range also includes barrel-aged, mixed-fermentation ales, lagers and other styles, all of which will feature our distinctive originality and creativity.

What makes our beer unique:

1) We naturally sour our beers, rather than kettle-sour them.

2) We focus on fun and flavour, and the joy of discovering new things... but always with a sense of connection and familiarity.

3) Apart from the occasional imperial banger, we tend to lean towards session-strength beers, with emphasis on drinkability.

4) Our mixed-fermentation beers are created with our house cultures, which are a medley of all yeast and bacteria strains that we have harvested from the wild; these are unique to Yonder.

5) We pride ourselves on being different rather than merely following the crowd. The only limit is your imagination!

Sustainability

Provenance is really important to us. When possible we source our ingredients from the within UK to reduce our food miles and carbon footprint.

For some of our wild ales and mixed fermentation beers, we also forage for wild ingredients.
