About Beer Hut Brewing
Beer Hut is forward thinking independent brewery. We are always trying to improve on our recipes and constantly tinkering with our production process. What started as a small scale pilot project has developed into a full scale commercial brewery. Brewing hop forward juicy IPA and pales using the big bold flavourful hop varieties we all love today, to mouth puckering sours and decadent stouts.
All of our beer is produced and packaged on site by our small team. Focusing on quality and consistency.
The UK craft scene is a vibrant one and we hope you will come and join us on our journey!
Sustainability
As we now change the way we condition our beers we are able to reduce our carbon footprint. When fermentation is coming to end we close off our tanks and let our beers naturally carbonate. We now package all of beer into highly recyclable aluminium cans. Our spent grain is dug from the mash tun and is collected the same day to be fed to our farmers cows, straight back into the food chain. We collect our transfer water from the heat exchanger which is sent to the HLT for reuse in the brewing process.
