Polly's first came into the world in 2018 as Loka Polly - a two man setup between founder Sean Wheldon and head of sales Arron Fellows, brewing once every eleven days with a passion for the freshest, hop-focused beer we could possibly brew.
Four years, a couple of rebrands, and a name change later, Polly's is now considered one of the most renowned hop-forward breweries in the UK; producing six times the amount of beer as our first year, in a modern, sophisticated brewery, twelve times the size of our original brew space, looking after the livelihoods of thirteen incredibly talented individuals.
We brew pale, hoppy beers that we love to drink ourselves, and love pushing our own boundaries as a brewery; branching out into dark, sour and lagered beers as we grow in confidence and knowledge.
