About Brew Yonder
Founded in 2018, Yonder is now one of the leading sour beer breweries in the UK. We make real sour beers with our own cultures, often brewed with massive amounts of fruit, and take our influence from British flavour combinations including ingredients that we forage ourselves in the local Mendips. Aside from sour beers, our range also includes barrel-aged mixed-fermentation ales, lagers and other styles, all of which will feature our signature distinctive originality and creativity.
What makes our beer unique:
1) We long-sour our beers, rather than kettle-sour them.
2) We source almost all of our ingredients from UK growers and our local countryside.
3) We like to work within the seasons, bringing seasonal flavours into new beers.
4) Our mixed-fermentation beers are created with our house cultures, which are a medley of all yeast and bacteria strains that we have harvested from the wild and are unique to Yonder.
5) We pride ourselves on being different rather than merely following the crowd.
Sustainability
Provenance is really important to us. We source almost all of our ingredients from the UK, and forage what we can in the Mendips.
